Cleaning after departure 

After moving out, the apartment is professionally cleaned  to guarantee highest standards of cleanliness. The costs for the final cleaning are 238 EUR and are listed in the rental contract. 

Cleaning service

Usually it is the tenant of an apartment who is responsible for regular cleaning during the rental period. The City-Residenz is fully equipped for this. Therefore, cleaning can either be done by the tenant himself or a cleaning service can be ordered. We are happy to assist you in choosing a suitable service provider.

The City-Residence was fully equipped by us for a pleasant atmosphere of well-being, so in addition to furniture, it also offers a kitchen with dishes and complete equipment. We attach as much importance to the availability of bathrobes as to the selection of pictures and high-quality decor. Of course, bed linen and towels for changing are also available. The electronic devices like music system, TV, washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner and air conditioning are modern but easy to handle.

When handing over and returning the apartment, a inspection is made about the respective condition of the apartment and the equipment.

The apartment and the equipment should be in the condition in which it was taken over, apart from normal signs of wear and tear!

Any security deposit will be refunded within 5 working days at the latest after the joint preparation of a return protocol and the agreed settlement.
